16 Jun ARC Bus Visits Ulidia!
On Wednesday 11th June the ARC21 bus visited Ulidia Integrated College. Year 8 visited the bus as part of the eco schools programme.
Students found out all about waste management in Northern Ireland and where our waste from home goes to, they even got to smell a landfill (yuck!). Students used interactive computers to take part in an interactive quiz all about our local waste.
Students had the opportunity to win prizes for being fastest with the most correct answers. After the quiz the year 8 students had the opportunity to make badges to encourage recycling.
