Another Excellent set of Sixth Form Results
I am yet again delighted that our Sixth Form students have surpassed, not just the schools high expectation and targets, but also those set out by the Department of Education for Northern Ireland to benchmark and measure academic success and high quality teaching and learning.
Personally, I would like to congratulate all of our Sixth Form students and teaching staff for their endeavour and dedication over the last two years. This has culminated in the students achieving the one of the best set of examination results to date.
98% of our students have attained three or more ‘A’ Levels or equivalent, with over half of all results being at A* or A grade and almost 90% of all students gaining a minimum of one A* or A. As an indication of excellence, I am pleased to note that 80% of our students gained three or more A*-C grades.
