Additional Counselling Sessions now available for Ulidia Students

We are delighted to announce that Lynn McKenzie from the Relationship Resource Centre in Carrickfergus will begin counselling sessions on Wednesday 9th November. This is to support the excellent existing service provided by Familyworks, in conjunction with DENI. The additional sessions means that more young people can avail of counselling and the opportunity to talk to someone new and independent of school and home life.

At Ulidia we encourage all young people to talk to someone about any issues they may have, no matter how big or small. This can be a teacher, parent mentor or friend. The important thing is that you are not alone and there is always someone who cares and wants to help.

Any young person who would like to avail of counselling in school should speak to their Year Leader or Miss Connolly or leave their name in the Familyworks box outside the Pastoral Office.
