Another excellent set of results!

Another excellent set of results!

We are delighted that our Sixth Form and Year 12 students have once again exceeded not just the schools high expectation and targets, but also those set out by the Department of Education for Northern Ireland to benchmark and measure academic success and high quality teaching and learning.

The results of Ulidia Integrated College once again surpass the other top performing non-grammar schools from last year.

exam398% of our sixth form students have attained three or more A’ Levels or equivalent, with 62% of all results being at A* or A grade.  As an indication of excellence, I am pleased to note that 82% of our students gained three or more A*-C grades.

Comparing Ulidia’s GCSE results with the most recent benchmarking data available Ulidia is still ranked in the top 5% of non-grammar schools in Northern Ireland.  Furthermore, the number of students who achieved 5 or more GCSEs at grades A*-C including Mathematics and English increased by 12% over last year.

A special mention to Martha Glass (6 A*’s & 3 A’s), Caitlin Donnelly (3 A*’s, 2 A’s & 2 B’s), Danny Magill (3 A*’s, 3 A’s & 3 B’s) and Ben Thompson (2 A*’s, 4 A’s & 2 B’s) who all performed exceptionally well.

Whilst standards across the country have been reported as having fallen, it is with immense pride that we report that Ulidia Integrated College’s remarkable GCSE results continue to excel year on year.
