Congratulations to Euan Dixon of Year 11 who has recently graduated from The Junior Chefs’ Academy Next Level Programme.

Euan cooked in full whites in a professional kitchen preparing a special lunch for family, friends and key sponsors at NRC’s Ballymoney Campus.

The Junior Chefs’ Academy Next Level Programme is an opportunity for young people aged 12-16 who have already completed the foundation Junior ChefAcademy course to undertake a progression course to build on their skills and repertoire of dishes.

Well done to Euan and maybe we will see him cooking in a top restaurant some time in the future.
