The High Five for Writing! has been introduced to give each pupil in every subject a reminder to make their writing the best it can be! We want to give a big “high five” to all pupils remembering their new sentences, capitals for names, capital Is, great grammar and who always spell it well. Keep it up!

Also, ten difficult spellings for each subject have been displayed in each classroom so that pupils have a reminder of those eternally difficult words – making sure they don’t forget about the common errors like the N in environment for Geography, the A in parliament for History and the C in scene in Drama. Let’s see who can spell them well every time!

Great Grammar
