Sixth Form Students Share Their School Experience With European Visitors

Thomas Adams, Head Prefect and his Senior Team hosted two teachers, Julia Appelhoff and Michaela Gehring from the Alice-Salomon College in Germany and Tunde Kovacs from Szakkepzo Iskola in Hungary during October. The teachers were able to observe classes and spend time with our Senior Team, sharing their experiences in Sixth Form.

Our visitors were very impressed with what they experienced and felt they had lots of ideas that they could share with their colleagues in Germany and Hungary. We at Ulidia hope to build on this connection in the coming months as we are planning a trip to visit the Alice-Salomon College in February 2015. We hope to also gain an experience of German and Hungarian school life and gather lots of ideas to develop in the college.

A special thanks goes to the Senior Prefect Team for all their hard work, and to Thomas Adams in particular as he was an excellent ambassador for the college and ensured our visitors were well looked after.
