Success Reigns Again For Ulidia Integrated College Students

Following our commendable ‘A’ Level results last week, the Principal, staff and Governors of Ulidia Integrated College would like to congratulate our Year 12 students on their excellent achievements at GCSE level. We are, yet again, delighted that our students have surpassed the College’s high expectations of them and produced another set of results of which they can be very proud.

Mr. Eugene Martin, Principal, said, “Personally, I would like to congratulate all of our fantastic Year 12 students on their successes and thank our dedicated teaching staff for their endeavour and commitment to the students, in particular, over the last two years.  This has culminated in the students achieving an excellent set of examination results at GCSE level.  We have maintained our expected high standards and the GCSE results are compatible with the excellent results the college has been achieving over the last 10 years.”

In summary,

  • 88% of our students gained 5 or more A*-C grades
  • 75% of all results were at Grade C or better with a quarter of results at Grade A* or A.
  • The number of students with 5 A*-C grades including Maths and English up 2% on last year.
  • 76% of our students gained 7 or more A*-C grades.
  • 98% of our students achieved at least 5 or more A*-E grades.
  • Approximately a quarter of our students achieved 7 or more grades at A*, A or B.

As a consequence, Ulidia Integrated College has been inundated with applications from students wishing to continue their studies at Sixth Form level.  We look forward to welcoming our pupils back for Sixth Form courses in September.
