24 Apr Year 8 Basketball – Ulidia Host Monkstown
Despite the heavy snowfall on Friday 22nd March Monkstown Community School made it up to Ulidia for another successful Basketball festival.
Ulster Elks players Enya Maguire and Grace Kennedy played alongside the boys teams with Enya finishing top scorer overall with a number of shots from play which included 2 three point shots. For many of the boys this year has been their first experience of playing proper basketball matches and they all done extremely well in adopting to the full size court.
