INTERNAL EXAMINATIONS YEARS 8-11
Internal examinations commence on Tuesday 31 May 2016. It is essential that your child is revising thoroughly and comes to school prepared and with the necessary equipment. Examination timetables will be distributed to your child. It should be noted that examination timetable and revision tips for parents and pupils can be obtained from the school website www.ulidiacollege.com. Please note the following are the days your child should be in school:

SITTING AN EXAMINATION
EXAM TIMETABLES WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO PUPILS
NEW YEAR 8 DAY – YEARS 9 & 10 PLEASE NOTE
Please note that pupils in Years 9 and 10 are not required to attend school on Thursday 9 and Friday 10 June 2016. This is to facilitate Induction Days for the new Year 8 pupils who are due to attend the college in August 2016.
SPORTS DAY
The annual Sports Day will take place on Friday 17 June 2016 weather permitting. All pupils who are taking part should be in school tracksuit/PE kit. Those pupils not participating should be in full school uniform. A limited variety of snacks will be available throughout the morning for pupils. It should be noted that pupils will need to bring cash for this service.
Unfortunately, due to child protection, we are unable to extend an invitation to parents/visitors.
Pupils will be dismissed at 12.30pm. The usual transport has been arranged for this time.
CHILD PROTECTION
Please note that Parents/Guardians or relatives visiting the school must report to the main office.
SCHOOL UNIFORM RE-CYCLE
We are asking for school uniforms or part uniforms which are in good condition and no longer required. Our Parents’ Council will sell the items to raise money for the college. You can send any items that are no longer required to the college up until Friday 8 July 2016.
END OF TERM 3 – SCHOOL CLOSING
School ends at 12.30pm on Thursday 30 June 2016.
