Year 10 have recently finished a project in Art & Design inspired by Picasso’s cubist portraits. They have also been experimenting with distortion in portraiture by photographing their own faces and manipulating the proportions.
As a research homework pupils were asked to reproduce a famous Picasso portrait. Some pupils produced absolutely outstanding homework which was a delight to assess and needed to be shared on the website!
The pupils photographed are: Aylisha Curran, Eve Smyth, Evie Poag, Lauren Luney, Niambh Ogle and Rachel Cowie.
