11 Dec Christmas Shoebox Appeal
The shoebox appeal was successful again this year with an outstanding record-breaking haul of 78 shoeboxes that were produced by the new Year 8’s and their mentors in sixth form.
The charities that these shoe boxes are going to is “Road Of Hope”. This appeal is for children living in less developed countries this Christmas. These shoeboxes contained gifts such as small toys, socks, toothpaste and toothbrushes and other daily objects, that a child may not have.
