29 Jun ISL visit Year 8 Geography
On Tuesday 27th June, 8MCL were visited by Joe McCrystal from ISL Recycling during their Geography lesson. Year 8 learnt about how ISL deal with Ulidia’s waste and how important it is to make responsible decisions when purchasing and using goods in order to minimise waste in our community.
Ulidia Integrated College is very proud to be the first school, and only post primary in Northern Ireland to have achieved ‘Zero waste’ status, this has been achieved because of the close working relationship between both Ulidia and ISL Recycling.
