As part of the Northern Ireland Basketball League, your daughter has been selected for a match in Lurgan on Wednesday 2 December 2015. This will require leaving school at 8.30am and returning at approximately 1.15pm.
As your daughter will be away over lunch, it is advised that pupils bring a packed lunch and adequate fluids for the day.
It is essential that your daughter comes to school in her full school uniform and brings the appropriate kit with her for playing, namely boots, socks, gum shield etc.

I give permission for my daughter to be off the school site in order to attend a Schools Basketball match in Lurgan on Wednesday 2 December 2015.
I also give permission for my daughter to be driven in the school bus by Mr Maguire to and from the venue. Please note that a teacher from the school will also be present for this away fixture.
