Ulidia No.2 in Northern Ireland Schools Beach Volleyball Championships. U16 Boys – 2nd Place.
Following the success of the U16 girls team winning the NEBSSA volleyball championships the U16 Boys collected silver medals for coming second in their first ever Beach Volleyball tournament. The Northern Ireland Schools Beach volleyball Championships were held on the East Strand beach in Portrush on Friday 21st June 2013.
There were four Ulidia teams entered between the U16 and U18 age range for boys and girls.
The tournament was its biggest ever with 80 teams from schools across Northern Ireland. With 18 courts running throughout the day and no sign of any rain the event was a huge success.
