20 Jan Visit From The Livestock and Meat Commission
On Friday 17 January, Mrs Brown from the Livestock and Meat Commission visited the year 11 Hospitality and Child Development classes.ย Pupils were treated to samples of peppered beef, steak burgers and tikka mince.
Everyone enjoyed seeing the food being prepared and cooked and learnt of the importance of meat and its associated nutrients.
