Hospitality Students Get A Cookery Demonstration

Year 11 Hospitality pupils were recently treated to a cookery demonstration from Liz from the Livestock and Meat Commission.

 

She demonstrated how to cook sweet and sour beef, chilli beef nachos and mediterranean chip topped pie. Some of the students commented after the demonstration that they would now be more confident of making some of the dishes at home.

 

Everyone had a good time and enjoyed sampling the end products.
