02 Dec Students Rise To The Eco Challenge!
A group of four geography students from Year 11 have been working on the Eco Challenge Project which is provided by Business in the Community. The group includes – Grace Carson, Darcy Burrows, Jamie Davison and Blake McAllister.
The entry entitled UICISL Energy App has captured the group’s imagination and they have been busily getting their ideas together for their final presentation.
The group were shortlisted to the final three and so were invited to attend a dragons den event at Kilroot Power Station to present their idea to the judges and answer questions about the project. The group presented their App project with confidence and answered questions about their plans with knowledge and enthusiasm.
Well done on getting to the final three – we look forward to hearing the results of the final judging!
