13 Feb Year 11 Learn About The Hospitality Industry
Year 11 pupils from Mrs Conville’s Occupational Studies class visited The Belfast Loughshore Hotel (formerly The Clarion) on Tuesday 10 February and had a very informative few hours learning about the Hospitality Industry.
They covered a lot of topics, including how to deal with customer complaints, housekeeping, and customer care. After all their hard work they were rewarded with lunch, kindlyย provided by the hotel.
