24 Nov Year 11 Students Visit Kilroot Power Station
Year 11 Art & Design pupils were selected to take part in an exciting free Photography project run by ‘Belfast Exposed Gallery and Studio’ and the AES local Power Stations.
Pupils took amazing photos of the local area and inside Kilroot Power Station. They also got the chance to learn about the inner workings of the Power Station, including a visit to the control room and generator.
The pupils will now attend a workshop in ‘Belfast Exposed’ to edit and print the finished work. The finished work will then be displayed in the prestigious ‘Long Gallery’ in Stormont.
