04 Jan Year 8 Students Experience a Taste of France
The end of term saw much excitement from 8RLS and 8FLM as they experienced the delights of a French breakfast. Pupils ate croissants and chocolate croissants along with hot chocolate and orange juice.
There was also an opportunity for them to sample some well-known French cheeses – Roulé, Brie and Port Salut. Very few were put off by the smell and most pupils tried at least one cheese with some managing a lot more! With French carols playing in the background and the Christmas holidays in sight it proved to be a very enjoyable morning for all!
