11 Nov Positive Discipline: Celebrating Achievement & Encouraging Success!
We continue to work hard to develop our new Positive Discipline system and in October, a huge number of students achieved 200 credits or more to reflect their positive attitude, work ethic and effort. Postcards have been sent home to recognise that they have had a really positive start to the first term and we have enjoyed sharing success with home.
Some pupils have now received over 400 credits and parents have been phoned by Form Teachers to congratulate and pass on the good news. This is an outstanding achievement and we look forward to offering rewards to these students at the end of term.
We would like to thank parents/guardians for your continued support as we develop the system and will appreciate your feedback and ideas on how we can recognise, reward and motivate all students to achieve and succeed.
