Year 8 pupils celebrated Pancake/Shrove Tuesday in Home Economics as a special treat. We learnt the importance of using up all the ingredients before Lent started and discussed this time of year. We learnt new mixing, pouring and flipping skills which will be used for various other recipes in Home Economics.
It was ‘flipping’ fantastic and enjoyed by all!
