Our Year 13 and 14 Health and Social Care students were delighted to welcome former pupil, Chris Hackworth, back to Ulidia Integrated College for an inspiring careers session.

Chris’s journey demonstrates how diverse interests can lead to a rewarding career:

• Studied Drama and Moving Image Arts at Ulidia.

• Pursued a degree in Drama and Theology at Queen’s.

• Inspired by youth work, he completed a Social Work degree at Queen’s University.

• He now works as an Educational Welfare Officer!

Chris provided invaluable, first hand knowledge about his important role and shared excellent tips for our students who are considering applying for Social Work.
