Phoebe, one of our pupils, is once again leading a touching initiative to bring Christmas joy to residents in local care homesโ€”especially those without family.

Last year, she was inspired to act after her great granda was diagnosed with dementia. Seeing how difficult it was for families, Phoebe wanted to make sure that no one spent Christmas morning without a gift. Thanks to generous donations, she reached three care homes and one fold โ€“ many residents said her gift was the only one they received.

This year, following the loss of her great granda in February, Phoebe is even more determined to honour his memory by expanding the project further.

Sheโ€™s asking for donations of unopened or unused items, such as:

Toiletries (shower gels, soap, lotions)

Puzzle books, colouring books, felt tips, pencils

Sweets, biscuits

Gloves, scarves, combs

Donations can be given to Phoebe or Mr Downey in Room 005.

Every contribution helps โ€“ letโ€™s support Phoebe in making this Christmas brighter for those who need it most.
