On Wednesday 18 February pupils and staff celebrated Ash Wednesday, a special day on our school calendar. We were joined by Rev Cromie from Greenisland Presbyterian, Rev Chris Bennett from Greenisland Church of Ireland and Mary Muir and Stephen Lavery from St Nicholas Parish in Carrickfergus who assisted in the giving of ashes. We are very grateful for their assistance to mark this special day. Senior pupils led the assembly which focused on reflection, kindness and self-improvement.
