Huge congratulations to Leah who competed in the Northern Ireland & Ulster indoor athletics championships at the National Indoor Arena Dublin on Saturday.

She competed in the U16 girls 60m. She won her heat with a time of 8.25 to qualify for the final. She ran a fantastic race in the final to claim silver medal with an improved time of 8.10. It was a very tight race with Leah being pipped on the line with a winning time of 8.08!

Leah also entered the 200m which isn’t her main event and got a 4th place in the final. This amazing performance has resulted in qualification for the Ireland National Indoor Championships at the end of March. We are so proud of you Leah and you deserve every success; good luck from all at Ulidia!
