As Part of our enrichment programme in Sixth Form we were delighted to offer a six-week programme leadership programme, called SOAR, delivered by Exodus staff and volunteers. The course covered areas such as Values, Personality, Health, Habits, Listening and Resilience. The students who completed the programme received a certificate accredited by Stranmillis University College.
