08 Oct Success For The Girls U13 Hockey Team
On Monday afternoon the U13 XI hockey team travelled to Parkhall Integrated College to play their second match in the East Antrim League. After a slightly nervous and sluggish start the girls soon found their form and Chloe Welsh successfully lead the team to a 1-0 score by half time.
The second half began with a much more determined and positive attitude with India Bouma making contact with the post after a few minutes. Strong defending from Amy Davis allowed the midfield to push up and put pressure on the Parkhall defenders. Chloe Welsh converted her second goal of the match, followed shortly by Enya Maguire. The final score was a 3-0 victory to Ulidia, well done to all those who participated!
