On Thursday 30/05/24 a team from Ulidia Integrated College took part in the NEBSSA East Qualifier. The event was well supported, with teams from Ballyclare High School, Larne Grammar, Carrickfergus Grammar and Carrickfergus Academy. The standard of golf was good despite a strong and challenging wind.

The three teams going forward to the final’s day at Ballycastle Golf Club on the 17^th June are;

1^st Ulidia Integrated College – 112

2^nd Ballyclare High School – 109

3^rd Carrick Grammar – 103

On the same day we held our annual Ulidia Integrated Golf Open competition.  

Congratulations to all that took part and the following winners;

1^st   Ashton F – 39 points of a handicap of 23

2^nd  Jack M – 37 points of a handicap of 15

3^rd  Oliver M – 36 points of a handicap of 6

The school would like to thank Carrick Golf Club for their ongoing support in hosting the events.  Any pupils hoping to get involved in the event in the future can I encourage you to keep practising and work towards getting an official club handicap.
