Students in Y13 Geography have been learning about ecosystems and exploring nutrient cycling in a deciduous woodland ecosystem. To support their learning, some of the students visited a local woodland together to practice their field sketching skills and to use โ€˜Seekโ€™ app to identify flora and fauna within the ecosystem. After the visit the students then used their experience to create a nutrient cycling model.

All those who took part demonstrated outstanding geographical skills and our school value of determination.
