🧭 𝗗𝗼𝗳𝗘 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮

On Sunday 15th March, a group of Year 12–14 students took part in Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award Training Day 2, alongside students from Strangford Integrated College. During the day, participants developed key expedition skills, including navigation, campcraft, and teamwork.

They practised map reading and route planning, built on their understanding of outdoor safety, and worked collaboratively to complete a range of practical challenges.

The day provided a valuable opportunity for students to build confidence, strengthen friendships, and prepare for their upcoming assessed expedition. Well done to all involved for their enthusiasm and commitment throughout the training.
