19 Feb New Build Update February 2024
Our new building is making fantastic progress!
A group of year 12 Students have been on site for the first look round the building in its current form.
As we draw closer to completion I will endeavour to bring you more regular updates of what progress is being made.
Meetings are ongoing weekly with mechanical, electrical, cctv, furniture, carpets and vinyls, paint colours, teaching equipment, sports equipment – all very exciting.
I can confirm that the rumours about underfloor heating in both corridors and classrooms are true!
We are still hopeful that we will be able to move into the new building for September, but with recent weather there is a chance it may well slip into October. The project managers remain very positive, and we are doing everything we can to ensure that we hit the 1 September date.
