26 Mar Year 8 take on The Big Battery Hunt!
Learners in year 8 are being encouraged to hunt out any old batteries about the house and collect them together for recycling.
All year 8 learners will receive a collection box from their form tutor and are being asked to make a big effort to collect any old batteries about the house and put them into their collection box. Once gathered learners are beign asked to return their batteries to school and let their form tutor know how many they have gathered. There may be some spot prizes for those who make the biggest effort!
A battery recycle bin will be placed in the geography department to gather all the batteries collected.
