As we continue to work on ‘Building Resilience’ in pupils and staff we have a new ‘message of the month’ poster. This month our message is ‘The power of Gratitude’. Along with joy, love and humour and other positive emotions. Gratefulness adds to our health and wellbeing.
This poster will again be displayed in classrooms and will help us discuss and promote positive messages to help build resilience.
